Driven by a shared vision, we’ve united to bridge the gap between ancient Eastern wisdom and the needs of modern Western individuals.

We are particularly inspired by ancient Taoist practices, and in recognition of China as the birthplace of Taoism, we’ve chosen this country as the home for our retreat.

Our mission is to empower individuals with practical tools to navigate stress, cultivate emotional balance, and regulate their nervous systems. To further enrich this experience, we embrace the yin-yang philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which will we be reflected in the nourishing cuisine and the cultural workshops offered during the retreat.

We aim to foster self-discovery and enhance well-being by making these time-honored traditions accessible and relevant, creating a deep and meaningful connection to the ancient Chinese culture.

Valentina Tutino is the creative founder of luxuryretreatitaly.com and of the ‘Triple B Method’, specializing in women’s empowerment and mindful leadership as a Naturopath. With over a decade of corporate experience, she transitioned to support leaders and mindful individuals in achieving inner peace and well-being through somatic practices to de-stress.

Valentina’s expertise includes Feminine Embodiment, Yin-Yang Taoist and Ovarian Breathwork, honed during her two years in China.

Johanna Wang is a passionate and dedicated Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with a professional background in company finance. She combines her knowledge of yoga with modern lifestyle to guide participants on their journey to rejuvenation.

Born as a Chinese, she intends to blend Eastern wisdom and contemplative practices with a Western lens, and aims to bridge the culture gap through the yoga retreat in China.

Together, they create a nurturing environment for personal growth and transformation.

Valentina is a certified Naturopath specialized in women’s empowerment and a qualified trainer in Yin-Yang Taoist/Ovarian Breathwork. After a decade in corporate jobs, she chose to dedicate her life into supporting women and couples finding inner peace and wellbeing.

Johanna Wang

Vinyasa Yoga Instructor & Organiser

Johanna is a certified yoga teacher, trained through 200hr Vinyasa YTT and 50hr Advanced Biomechanics YTT. Based on her years of experience teaching in a corporate setting, she focuses on balancing out stress at work with a grounded approach and mindful flows.
